After your order has been successfully placed, within 1-3 business days your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. Shipping
Shipment processing time
All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or during weekends or holidays. Shipment processing time does not count to the estimated delivery time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
For Canada orders
- Estimated delivery time: 8-14 business days.
For UK and European orders
-Estimated delivery time: 2-10 business days.
For Australia orders
-Estimated delivery time: 10-14 business days.
For rest of deliverable countries orders
- Estimated delivery time: 14-20 business days.
TAX
Due to the complexity of international trade, parcels may be randomly inspected when going through customs clearance in the destination countries the recipients may be required to pay taxes on their own. We shall not be held responsible for the payment of such taxes in this regard. However, we will do our utmost to assist the recipients in tax payment.
Notice: Due to the varying degrees of difficulty in customs clearance in different countries, the transportation time may also vary (most likely to be extended). Additionally, any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country's government are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The recipient is liable for all additional charges incurred during the customs process. However, please rest assured that we will actively cooperate with the customs clearance procedures.
Shipping of Live Animals(Isopods)
To ensure the safe delivery of live animals it is recommended to add cooling/heating packs to orders. orders are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays.
Once payment is confirmed, shipping will be carried out via UPS Express. You will receive a tracking number by email on the day of dispatch. Estimated delivery time is 24–48 hours.
All animals are carefully packaged using appropriate insulation and ventilation.
Live Arrival & Shipping Conditions:
Shipping may be delayed during periods of extreme weather to protect the animals. If a buyer requests shipping outside of safe temperature conditions, they do so at their own risk.
Standard Shipping Disclaimer:
If standard tracked shipping is selected, live arrival (DOA) is not covered or guaranteed. By selecting this shipping method, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the shipment and accepts all risks associated with transit.
Delivery Responsibility:
Someone must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to absence, incorrect shipping details, or missed delivery attempts.
Shipping Liability:
Once an order has been shipped, any delays caused by the courier are outside of our control. Refunds or replacements are not offered for delays in transit.
In the event of DOA caused by shipping delays, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim directly with UPS.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy:
In the unlikely event of dead on arrival (DOA), the buyer must notify us within 1 hour of delivery and provide a clear unboxing video, showing the animals in their original packaging.
Claims made outside this timeframe or without sufficient proof will not be accepted.
DOA claims are void if:
The package is not received on the first delivery attempt
Incorrect shipping information was provided
The buyer requested shipping during unsafe weather conditions, Standard Shipping is chosen, no heat/cold packs are purchesed
DOA caused by shipping delays, claim directly with UPS.
Approved DOA claims may be eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion.
